Two Successful Sample Diet Plans For Diabetic People:
Diabetic people are always advised to follow a strict and balanced diet. A typical sample diabetic diet plan consists of fruits, whole grains, wheat bran, oat meal and vegetables. The diet also consists of other vital foodstuffs that are rich in proteins, complex carbohydrates and free from fats.

• Breakfast

• Lunch
Lunch is an important part of the sample diabetic diet plan. A salad rich in green vegetables will be great. You may add chicken with two teaspoons of mustard, tomato slices and lettuce leaves. Also, add an orange and a cup of skimmed milk.

• Breakfast

Have lean roasted beef with 2 teaspoons of mustard and sandwich. Add a cup of steamed broccoli or cauliflower with coffee or tea.
Snacks and Dinner:
• Snack
Have a banana or some other fruit that is equally nutritious. You may also have coffee with artificial sweeteners or herbal tea. Having fat free yogurt is also a good option.
• Dinner
For dinner, it is good to have sea foods. Include quarter of a pound of shallow fried shrimp, steamed broccoli, black beans (half cup) and whole wheat pasta.
