Savory Sausage Balls
1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1 pound bulk pork sausage 3/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce Directions In a bowl, combine egg and bread crumbs. Sprinkle sausage over mixture; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. In a skillet, cook meatballs until no longer pink; drain. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
