Say Yes To Celery As Part Of Your Pre Diabetic Diet

Eating vegetables can make a difference in your diet. Celery, for example, is a complex carbohydrate vegetable that should always be present in your day to day meal. A pre-diabetic person has many restrictions and must stick to a reliable diet.

There are other types of food that you can choose from and reinvent. Celery can be added to a salad or eaten on its own. You may choose to have a special dip or you can eat it without any. It is even high in fiber and can effectively lower blood sugar levels. Feeling a little adventurous with your meal? Add celery in fish dishes. Blend it, chop it, mix it in however you want. Celery will always be the best vegetable to eat if you’re pre- diabetic. Blend celery with asparagus and carrots, or use a juicer to create a mix. Chill the mixture and after 5 minutes, you already have a ready-to-drink vegetarian cocktail. You can also add good-tasting vegetables to the mixture to cover up the bitter taste of the others, or add fruit to it to make the mix even tastier. You can also reinvent your salads; instead of using dressings, use vinegar, particularly pineapple vinegar, or apple cider. Use a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then put lettuce, celery, and tomatoes.

Your Pre Diabetic Diet should not be boring and bland. Experiment with different organic tastes that appeal to you. Create a whole new sensation for salads and vegetable juices. You can lose weight and even cut down on your blood glucose level. Now, how’s that for healthy living?

It doesn’t always have to be carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, or celery day after day. You must be creative. Treat your condition as more of an opportunity for you to stay healthy and in shape. Invite your loved ones over and share your healthy dishes. Who knows, your Pre Diabetic Diet may even become a hit with your family and friends.
