Scalp Eczema – Do You Want A Healthy Scalp

Scalp Eczema – I once received an email from a reader who was desperate to cure their very dry scalp eczema.

The email read: “My scalp eczema is getting me down. I have tried so many different shampoos, creams and ointments and yet there is no change in my condition. Can you help me please…..”

After an exchange of two or three more emails I was able to give her some information that would cause her no harm, would dramatically improve her general health and transform the condition of her scalp.

Here is just a snippet of what I suggested she do to dramatically heal her distressing condition:

#1 - The first thing I suggested was that she threw away all the foods made from dairy products. She had eggs, milk, yoghurt, cheese and cream in her refrigerator. I suggested she tossed the lot into a garbage bag and threw it away.

#2 - The second thing I suggested she did was to purchase some bean sprouts from her local health store. I asked her to look in the store cooler and pick at least three different sorts of bean sprouts. I suggested she chose from the following: Alfalfa, Sunflower, Mung, Adzuki and Lentil. By including more sprouts into her diet she was able to nourish, cleanse and rejuvenate her skin as well as deliver a regular and much needed supply of vital enzymes.

#3 - The third suggestion I gave her was to include at least two or three tablespoons per day of either extra virgin olive oil, flax seed oil or hemp seed oil. This would ensure she obtained a good supply of essential fatty acids in her diet.

#4 - The fourth suggestion was that upon waking each morning that she prepare a large glass of freshly juiced vegetables. Again this would deliver a quick and easily digestible supply of enzymes, vitamins and minerals to her system.

#5 - The last and final suggestion to her was that she ate at least 65% raw foods for either her lunch or dinner. She should create a large salad and include bean sprouts, pumpkin seeds, seseame and sunflower seeds, spinach and wheatgrass.

After eight days of following the suggestions, the reader emailed to give me some feedback. She said that she had noticed a profound difference in the way she felt about herself, in the way her scalp felt, it was smooth and healed quicker than it did previously and she no longer had the urge to scratch at her head continuously.

She promised faithfully that should would continue with the suggested foods because she wanted to cure her scalp eczema forever.

It worked for her and it worked for me. Could it work for you?

You won’t know until you try.

Here’s to healthy scalp.
