There are several ways how to get this inbound link. Web site like classified site will help you to increase web page PR. Another way is submitting your web page to directory website like yahoo. You can do this using free submission or paid submission.
Once you got link from those web site, search engines will crawl the links and indexes your web page automatically. Some inbound links in PR 6 – PR 7 website will help you to get indexed only in 1 or 2 days in Google, PR 8 web site even will force Google to indexes your web pages just for about 2 hours.
