Set Your Promises In 7 Simple Steps
Oh no! Choose carefully how you call it, because names are very important to the meaning. Usually we call them GOALS (only 30% of the people reach their goals) some statistics I just found say, PROMISES seem to be a much better name (98% of people keep their promises) 1/ set promises in every field of your life: · Health (mentally, physically) · Finance / business · Relationships · Free time Set this goals( sorry, promises) with as much as details as you can imagine: tastes, colors, feelings, touch, smells, and so on Set these promises with deadlines, chunk your deadlines down in measurable deadlines: For example you want to lose weight, precise how much you want to lose · in one year, · in 6 months, · how much in 3 months, · in 1 month, · and the chunk it down in weeks. Doing so, you will have to reach closer steps, and at the end of the year you will have achieved big realisations. Step by step: · Write all these promises and steps down · Read your promises every day · The best time is just before going to sleep · One step further: o Write down affirmations in the present like your promises are already realities o Record your affirmations o Listen to your recorded affirmations every day just before sleeping. Your brain will be focused on your promises and while sleeping, your dreams are built and influenced by your affirmations. 2 / Believe strongly that you can achieve these promises. · See your promises already real · Imagine the joy, the excitement · Imagine what it allows you to do · And imagine who it could allow you to connect to · And once arrived somewhere, imagine how you could go further Beware not to ask yourself, at this stage, how you will go there. In strongly believing that you are already there, you tell all your cells in your body and your brain to go there whatever it takes. Even if you ignore the way to go there, you will find it step by step. Like a car in the darkest night doesn’t need to see all the road, rather only the road ahead. You do not need to see all the road down, you only need to see how you will go to the next step, the end of this week for example, or even closer as you chunk it down. 3/ Develop habits to achieve your promises.
