Retail, enrolment, matching and team performance bonuses will pay you an immediate up front income and the generational commissions are what will pay you a passive, residual income month after month. There is a lot of money to be made with this pay plan, you just need to be able to generate leads and sponsor new people into the business. Young Living is definitely a great company to be involved with, they have a good track record, solid growth and leadership team and there is a genuine range of products. If this is your sort of deal then you can do well with it, but you need to make sure that you are able to find enough prospects to present the business opportunity to. Most network marketing companies and sponsors will tell you to make a list of your warm market, which is usually about 100 people, call them up and hope that some of them join your business, and/or buy products.
