Simple Graduation Cake Ideas
I have been asked a few times to prepare graduation cakes for family and friends. The graduation cake ideas I have are always plentiful and I do like to take a few different views of the needs of the graduate. Yu can get to work in a few ways to decide on the size, shape, flavor and design of the decorations. You will probably feel better and more focussed as you make the cake if you are confident that the graduate will really like the cake. You might also like to consider that the cake will be the centre of attention at a key point in the party. You may be seeing photos and videos with the cake in them for a long time. You owe it to everyone to make a good one. There are some excellent designs for a standard graduation cake. The graduation cake ideas include shaping the cake as a book, shaping the cake as a group of books stacked together or on top of each other, and also shaping the cake as a locker. Other ideas are the classic caps and scrolls. One design that is great for a small class is a classic white scroll with each class members name written in gold frosting. Most of these designs can use a variety of colors. The caps could be white with gold tassels, blue with red tassel or black with a red tassel for example. The scrolls would likely be white or close to white, perhaps to look like parchment, with a red ribbon. Also the books should have subject names like Math and English on them. The locker would be any color and have the graduate’s name on it. Each design can be the shape of the cake or the cap and scroll, for example, can sit on top of the standard round or square cake. If you talk to the graduate you can decide which flavor they would love. You may not be able to fit n their top choice but at least get a close second. The family can tell you how many people are attending so you can get the size of cake calculated. Also you can think about any cake toppings that would help. There are many graduation cake ideas that will make a special cake. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com |
