I wanted to take some time to talk to you about snoring. Stop thinking about how this problem plagues you. It is true that you have an issue and it is something that can make you feel hopeless, but sitting around thinking about how much of a victim you are isn't going to fix things. Stop thinking about the sounds that you make and start focusing on why these sounds are being produced. You should be able to recognize that the tissue in your throat is vibrating and creating all these sounds. The odd question that should pop into your head is why this all start when you go to sleep. The tissue isn't vibrating when you're wide awake, so something specific happens. The issue is that your muscles become relaxed. This means that your jaw starts to sag down onto the throat and create enough pressure to cause the entire issue.
If you want to stop snoring than you need a chin strap to hold up the jaw. It is really that simple. It is a simple thing that you put on before you go to bed, that will hold up your jaw and keep it off your throat. It's just that easy to fix this problem.
