Snoring - Stop It Fast
People literally go their entire lives with this problem and never invest more than 2 minutes of their time to try and stop it. I'm going to give you a detail view of snoring. Stop thinking about the sounds that you make and start focusing on why these sounds are being produced. You should be able to recognize that the tissue in your throat is vibrating and creating all these sounds. The odd question that should pop into your head is why this all start when you go to sleep. The tissue isn't vibrating when you're wide awake, so something specific happens. The issue is that your muscles become relaxed.
