Have you been "sole" searching for a way to help make a difference during Breast Cancer Awareness Month? Now you can, while wrapping your feet in some fabulous footwear-at half the manufacturer's suggested retail price.

On Wednesday, October 18, QVC will join forces with the Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY) for a charitable shoe sale for breast cancer research and education.

Over the past 12 years, QVC Presents "FFANY Shoes on Sale" has sold over 1 million pairs of shoes and has donated more than $22 million to the cause. This year, more than 100,000 pairs of shoes from over 80 brands will be sold, with all net proceeds going to leading breast cancer research and education institutions.

In addition to the special broadcast, shoppers may also contribute to the cause by purchasing the "Shoe of the Day" offered each weekday during the month of October.
