Stationary bike sprints I usually don't tell people to use a stationary bike, but if you do use one, the best way to use it to lose weight is to do brief 10 second sprints on. Go as fast as you can. Then go slow for 30 seconds. Keep repeating that sequence. 10 fast, 30 slow. Do this for 20 minutes, 4 days a week. This will help you to peel off fat from your belly. 2.
