Speed Walking For Your Cardio Workout
First, you need to prepare your body to not only ensure your exercise to go by smoothly, but also to ensure your safety of your body during the exercise. This change in your posture may seem kind of strange at first, but eventually you will get used to it. While you are speed walking, you should not be bobbing up and down. Keep your upper body steady will also help to strengthen the muscles in your stomach. Finally, once you have completed your workout, make sure to plan how you are going to cool down. You will want your muscles start to recuperate from your activities. Walking slowly and stretching out your muscles at the end of your workout can be a great way to allow your body to relax. You should continue to breathe and walk throughout your cool down so that your muscles are able to heal properly.
