Staying Fit And Staying In The Game
You commute for close to an hour, each way. You work for ten, maybe twelve, or more, hours and often your lunch hour consists of a five minute sandwich-grab before heading back to your desk. When you get home, all you can think about is bed, possibly with a glass of wine to send you off. So how on earth do you find the time or motivation to keep yourself fit?
