Working out would not be the same for everyone. It depends on each individual’s body condition, nature, profession and life style. A person working as a laborer may not have to work out more than a white collar jobbed person. The physical work involved in one own profession in itself is a work out. Depending on the body nature like some might be plump from child hood so they might be putting on lot of weight even when the in take of food and calories is low so they might have to work out more to shed their extra pounds. Some people even though they have a heavy diet with fish and meat they might stay thin and lean through out their life. They might be longing to put on weight. They might have to tone the muscles and eat proper diet and work out on the areas required to be toned and made to look good. With respect to the workout routine you should check regularly whether the workout helps you efficiently. For example if you choose a workout routine and continue to do that regularly for few months and finally you find that there were no difference in your body shape then it shows the work out routine doesn’t suit you and you might have to change it.
