Stopping Premature Ejaculation - Not So Difficult

Delaying or stopping premature ejaculation (PE) might be seen as one of the most difficult things to ask of certain men. I mean, it's only written in our DNA to procreate as efficiently as possible, and if that means a quick climax, then we are just doing what we were programmed to do.

But most women don't seem to understand that.

I grew up (until my mid 20s) suffering from PE, thinking there was nothing that I could do to fix it, but thanks to the internet, researching any topic could never be easier. I've gone through every possible fix out there and it's safe to say (as you may have guessed) that most don't work; at least, except for one.

PE can be a hard thing to live with; especially when dealing with a new partner. You're too embarrassed to say anything to them, but you feel that you should still warn them. And when you climax after a few measly seconds, you're overcome with humiliation and you just want to run out of the room.

Luckily, there are a few things that kind of worked for me to help delay my PE:

1. Control your breathing: Take slower and deeper breaths. Fast, rapid breathing can causes unintended arousal.

2. Kegel exercises: These are the exercises you may have heard about where you flex your PC muscle to work it out. It does work, but it takes a long time, so it isn't the most useful technique.

3. Stop-and-go: It takes about a month for your brain to relearn something (such as PE) and the stop-and-go technique can be used effectively to retrain yourself.
