Stressed? Take Action
It is important to free your mind whenever you are dealing with stress. Most people know this, but it is difficult. They can solve their stress by taking action, their mind is wandering and they have so much to do, that they almost go crazy. For those people, going the other way round can be a solution. They should sit and write down what they still have to do. Make a list and write down everything. For example: do the laundry. Go for a check up with your MD, pay your bills, do your administration, get your children from school, cook dinner. Clean the kitchen Bring some stuff to you sister. It can be hundreds of things, or maybe a thousand. When that is done, make a new list and write the most important things you have to do on top. And now you have written it all down. No need for a to wandering mind anymore. This makes your head a little emptier already. Now you start to do the things you really need to do first. Maybe you have been postponing those chores for weeks already. Take a look at your list every day and do one or two of the most important things you have to do. You can keep updating your list but maintain the sequence of priorities You will be astonished about how free you will be feeling after this exercise. Your mind will be much more empty, And the things you have to do are dealt with systematically. This will make your life much easier. You really can solve your stress by taking action.
