You can become a success through focus. Most of us want more out of life. We might want more money, a better relationship, a bigger home or more vacations. Where we fail to achieve more is due to a simple lack of focus.

If you aren't focused you won't achieve much of value. Every conscious act requires at least some focus. Without it you simply won't get what you want out of life. Even something as simple as shooting a basketball free throw requires a concentrated effort. If you don't focus on putting the ball through the hoop and just throw it up there somewhere the chances of scoring that free throw are almost zero.

If something as simple as shooting a free throw takes focus, you can bet that bigger or more complicated goals do too. When you completely focus on something you increase the odds of acquiring it, and by focusing on it everyday you increase your achievement potential by leaps and bounds.

To achieve success through focus you first need to discover what it is that you desire and then frame it. Turn it into a big, bright target by writing it down in clearly defined words. Refer to this target statement several times a day, everyday. Make sure to read the statement out loud.

When you have a clearly defined goal, or target, to refer to everyday your mind will focus on it with laser-beam precision. Your subconscious mind will create plans for you while you are busy doing something else, even while asleep. With this kind of focus you will get more of what you want with a lot less effort.
