Suitable Jobs For Stay At Home Moms

As a stay at home mom it would be good to be able to generate some extra income after the kids had gone to school and the chores finished. Everyday thousands of moms trawl the internet looking for that work that they can do from home to help make some extra income for the family.
Some people might suggest selling on eBay as a good business for stay at home moms, but this is not always the case as finding what to sell on eBay can be tasking for a mom who has toddlers to look after. Even though you can use drop shipping as a way of procuring what to sell on eBay and minimise the need for you to move around looking for what to sell. But because I have had very terrible experience with drop shipping companies I will rather move on to other ways to make extra money from home that are safer such as:

• Blogging: Blogging is a way for every mum to use whatever it is they are passionate about to make extra money. Take for instance if you love knitting and you decide to start a blog on knitting where you share tips on knitting. When your readership begins to grow then you can either create your own product which you feel will appeal to your blog readers and make it available to them for a fee (preferably e-books that can be downloaded instantly). Another way to monetize your blog is by selling other peoples product as an affiliate (if you decide to go down this road you might want to check out Clickbank site).


• Paid Surveys & Discussion Groups: This has been around for quite some time and still growing. Some of the sites pay you cash for each survey you complete as long as you meet the payment threshold, while others pay you in the form of gift vouchers redeemable online as well as your local shops. Paid surveys and discussion groups are quite suitable for a stay at home mom as their payment threshold is not on the large side.

• Freelancing: There are so many jobs you can do at home as a free lancer, some of such jobs are programming, article writing, web design, and so many more. There are people online who would pay for services like the ones listed earlier, all you need to do is to do a Google search on whatever it is you wish to freelance on and see if the demand is there or not.

However, as a word of caution you must be aware that whatever you decide to do will require that you give it some time to work it and be successful at it. Many give up because they were not patient enough to finish what they started.
