What he said cannot be true enough. A vision that is being talked about will only be a dream if you do not come out with a step by step plan and take action.

Many people want successes in their life, but successes do not drop down from the heaven, efforts and actions must be put in to achieve successes.

Have you ever wondered why so many of us do not fulfill our New Year resolutions? It is because a goal cannot be just a statement. You will need to come out with a plan, which will schedule you with steps by steps guide to check your progress.

For e.g. if one of your goal is to earn $1 million by the age of 25, you will need to have a step by step plan. When are you going to earn your first $10,000? How are you going to achieve that? After earning your first $10,000, then how should you achieve your $100,000? You will need to define all the methods and ways to earn your $1 million by the age of 25.

If you map out your plan in this manner, you will most likely to be able to reach your goal. But even if you do not achieve your goal, you will at least have taken giant steps towards your goal.
