Having had three children in the past seven years alone, it will not surprise you to know that I have purchased countless equipment for my kids. It is also essential to realize that I take good care of my equipment. As my strollers and prams are amongst my most-used equipment, they have undoubted undergo the most maintenance in comparison to the rest of my equipment.

The majority of moms I have spoken to have required strollers and prams as equipment to be used only when the kids are young. Once the kids have grown up, these moms will undoubtedly discard of their equipment. However, if you have paid a considerable sum of money for your equipment, it is wise to look after them so that you can sell them on at a later date.

This means that you will not wish to discard the product once your kids have finished using it. When you wish to get rid of your strollers an prams, you can sell it on to another mom or you can choose to hand it over to charity. This will provide you with greater satisfaction that dumping your goods on a landfill site.

While purchasing high quality strollers and prams should be your top priority, your second priority should be maximizing the longevity of your goods. To maximize their longevity, you will need to maintain them in the following ways.

Care for the Fabric of Your Equipment

You can purchase low cost fabric treatment that can aid fabric maintenance. A quality fabric treatment will aid the fabric in resisting UV damage and will prevent dirt from adhering to it. Since your child will be using your stroller and pram a lot, it is essential to keep the fabric clean. Clean out your strollers and prams regularly and vacuum them at least once every few months. This will help your equipment to look like new. We have had our stroller and pram for many years and due to all the care it has received over its lifetime, it will look like new upon selling. If I can maintain my strollers and prams, you can too.
