Mr. Williams has a real story that has kept America on the edge of their seat. A homeless man who once was in radio, and had a bright future ahead of him ended up on drugs and alcohol. At this point, his life took a turn for the worst when he lost his wife and kids an ended up on the streets for nearly twenty years. Ted according to public information committed theft, and robbery which lead him being convicted of a felony.
