The Best Way To Gain Muscle Mass

The best way to gain muscle mass is actually very easy in theory. There is a lot of simple methods you can apply to grow muscle, but you probably don't know them. Most people that lift weights with the intention of putting on muscle really don't know what they're doing and inevitably fail within a few months. I used to think I'd get ripped if I did barbell curls with the largest weight I could do. Let's just say, it didn't happen. It wasn't until I sat down and actually studied the scientific way of gaining muscle mass, that I actually achieved great success. I'm going to share a little of what I've learned to help you out.

Diet is an important part to gaining muscle mass. You need to have a very good diet to insure the most muscle is being built at any given time. Most people just workout at the gym, and that's it. If you want good results, you have to workout and come home to follow a stellar diet. Your muscles will only grow as good as your diet, so you should have an extremely good one.


When it comes to the gym, you should stick with compound exercises that work huge portions of the body, like squats, deadlifts and bench press. Here's the key though, you have to do it intensely. Intensity forces your muscles to grow and adapt. This means you can have a short 7 minute workout that is highly intense and put on a lot of muscle.
