Confidence is one of the keys to your success as a business owner. It is said that if you have confidence you hold one of the greatest secrets to success. Confidence is something that comes from within. Are you confident enough to get your business out there in a big way? Does this thought get you excited or does is scare you?
Fear to get out there is nothing more than a scenario we have made up in our mind with a less than desirable result. What would happen if you created the same scenario with a result that gave you what you wanted? Since, you are making it up anyway, you might as well make it great!
I want you to take a moment now and think about "you". Take out a pen and paper and list five great qualities you have. Notice what just entered your thoughts. Did you say to yourself, "Five!! I don't have five great qualities!" or did you say "Only five?" What do you believe about yourself? Beliefs are unconscious, guiding principles that drive our thoughts and actions. It is not easy to develop strong self-confidence if you are holding limiting beliefs about yourself. I would encourage you to discover those limiting beliefs and change them. You may need someone to help you do this as most of our limiting beliefs are held at an unconscious level. In other words, you probably are not even aware of what they are. A professional can help you to bring them into your awareness.
Now, I want you to think of an action you can take to get yourself out there and known in a big way. Write it down. Now, ask yourself:
"What will happen if I do this?" and "What will happen if I don't do this?"
Take bold action! Every accomplishment you have will increase your confidence. Commit to this action. Then, follow up and let me know how it went. Let's celebrate! I can feel your confidence building already! I know you can do it!
