The Daily Juggle
Here is my trick. Movement and motion may often give us the fuel we need to seize the day. Motion and movement may fill a dreary day with a bit of light that can be ignited with that energy in motion. Walking, running and music! That's right, music! Walking music that pushes us forward with motion. Energy begets energy we are told. While we are at it, feed the fuel with foods that burn through us with positive nutrients. Nourishment feeds the body as well as our mood. Working on our health both inside and outside may surely help keeping us in motion. Feeding ourselves with positiveness with a "no dieting" approach to life may put us in the head of abundance rather that scarcity. There is so much in our lives around us that leads to stress that sucks our motion from us. Do not take on the burden of feeling this alone. I too, just like you have these types of motionless days. I thank you for giving me the time and your attention to voice and sing out to you with sharing. Reaching out.
