The Day You Realize You're Not The Only Church In Charlotte!
And then one day, for no particular reason, you wake up and realize that you are not alone, and that there any number of people doing completely the similar things as you, and they are not the competitor, but instead a fountain of friendship, support and common cause. And then you ask yourself why it took so forever to get in touch with them, even just to say hello, this is who we are, and why we're here? Currently we have become much more absorbed at City Church in contacting related organizations in Charlotte with similar values and hopes, and in starting to build imaginably productive relationships with them. What created this change of heart, and why didn't we do it beforehand? And then who knows what might come out of those friendships.frequently the most extraordinary and productive turns for an amateur organization like our own! We are very interested as an organization in mobilizing our people to get involved in Social Action projects, all over the city. The outcome will most likely be exponential. So this year we really want to look around us, and begin to make friends with others who share our values and dreams. We know they are out there, and we have already started to meet a few. It is an inspiring moment for us, and who knows quite where it will lead us. But it holds out a hope of new life, new possibilities and most primarily, new friendships. And what could be better than that?
