Harley Davidson is an American motorcycle manufacturing company that was established way back in 1903, and is now boasting a market capital of 8.8 billion US Dollars. The bike is priced at £7655 for the black and £7755 for the other colours, which are mirage, orange, pearl, and pewter denim. The dry weight of the bike is about 250 kgs and it even offers an electronic sequential port fuel injection system (ESPFI). In addition to this it also has single piston floating rear and dual four piston, fixed front braking system. The main attractions of the bike are the heavy engine, sport front fender as well as the 2 – 1 – 2 straight shot exhaust.
Another model, the Sportster 1200 Nightster, is also from the Sportster family and is available in the market for £6795 for a single colour and £7095 for the two tone colour. The bike has a high displacement of 1200 cc and is available in vivid black, Two – Tone Mirage orange pearl / vivid black, and Two – Tone Brilliant Silver Denim / Black Denim. The bike offers an air cooled and evolution type engine. The dry weight of the bike is 250 kgs and has 6 gears like other Harley bikes. Apart from the two models mentioned above from the Sportster family, Harley Davidson has a number of bikes that are lined up to be launched in the year 2009 in all the model families.
