A pedal tractor is a great toy for children and can even be an interesting collectible for adults. I had a few while growing up and since then I have put together a collection that includes quite a few varieties of many sizes, shapes, and colors. There are some made by various companies and rare types fashioned by local wood workers. Count yourself lucky if such a worker resides near your town. It will make it much easier to design and customize yourself a pedal tractor for whatever purpose you choose. Most would buy one for their kids, however for collectors it is also a sweet item. If you are serious about getting the utmost quality then you have a few options. You could get one built mostly of wood, but there are also many kinds that include significant metal work. Either way is good and I would suggest having some of both. Farm toys are excellent fun, so feel free to go crazy. I will tell you here some information on putting together a decent set. Although, as I said this will not be a big deal if you have versions of different farm toys for them to play with. Just as we have great memories of playing with our tractor toys as kids, it is important that we create a similar experience for today’s kids as well. This will keep a great toy and a great hobby alive and well into the next century.
