The Hurt Locker Pk Avatar - Which Will Be Oscar Winner?

On the contrary, The Hurt Locker, follows amoral invaders battling nearly-invisible natives in sweaty, colorless, bombed-out cities, cost less and took less than $18 million in ticket sales worldwide. But at the British Academy Film Awards which is said to be England's version of the Oscars, on Sunday, The Hurt Locker beat Avatar. The Hurt Locker, the Iraq War drama finally took home six statues, including best film, director, original screenplay, cinematography, editing, and sound. Avatar, on the other hand, finally only earned honors for two awards although it was nominated for best film, director, cinematography, editing, music, production design, sound and special visual effects. James Cameron said he didn't care the "best director" of Oscar as much as Kathryn Bigelow. "I have already got an Oscar. I've got a couple of them…. I don't really need another one."
