The Insane Workout That Really Works
I have a workout plan that will really help, its called the Insane 300 Workout. Half because it will make your body look like one of the spartan warriors from 300, and half because there are 300 total reps in this workout. The workout is done in interval style with one exercise coming right after the other. A quick word of warning this workout is intense so be careful not to jump into this if you are not ready. There are alternatives to this workout that can be done for people at different levels of fitness. You can easily turn the 300 workout into a 150 workout just by cutting the reps in half, this will still provide a great workout. Check it out. The 300 workout, its one of the best workouts to rip body fat off and add raw muscle in its place a) Pullups - 25 reps b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps c) Pushups - 50 reps d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps e) Floor wipers - 50 reps f) 1-arm Clean & Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps g) Pullups - 25 reps And remember, there is NO scheduled rest between exercises. Although eventually, you'll slow down. This is a super insane workout plan that will build muscle, burn fat and get you into rock solid shape. One quick note to end off on, please don't attempt this more than 2 or maybe three times a month. Like I have said numerous times this workout plan is insane so it is more of a supplemental workout to add into your normal routine for intensity than a staple that you do a couple times a week.
