The Legendary Holmes On Big Screen

All of us have perhaps heard the name Sherlock Holmes. This famous fictional character was created by the author Arthur Conan Doyle and Scottish Born. This character was introduced to public some where in 1887. Holmes was famous due to his intellectual and expertise to identify and solve the case. In the story, Holmes lives as a consulting detective who lived in the late of nineteenth and the beginning of early sixteenth century.

Today, Sherlock Holmes with his specialty in deducting reasoning, inference and observation can be seen on the wide screen. The movie of Sherlock Holmes will be released this year in December 2009. Just like the most movie stories that talk about the good against the evil, the movie story will talk about the Detective Sherlock Holmes involve in the battle of intelligence and ruthlessness with bad guys who threaten the whole England.

The movie is taken place in London, UK and is starring Robert Downey, Jr. as the Sherlock Holmes and Jude Law as the Holmes’s partner and is directed by Guy Ritchie. This movie is predicted will bring back the reputation of Sherlock Holmes back to the surface and past this legendary character to the current generation.
