The Mechanic Film Review
The Mechanic movie revolved around a person named Authur . Arthur is actually a mechanic, which is a professional killer. He earns money to kill off people who are sketchy,or that have been involved in some crooked operations. He's given records and photos of the people he's hired to eliminate. Authur kills them in creative ways, ways that can't be connected back to him or the people he works for. Things are going great for him in his work of choice as he's labeled one of the best in his business. But unfortunately, things take an extremely bad turn when his mentor and beloved friend Harry McKenna shows up on the hit list to be slain. Arthur demands a meeting with the boss to get additional details, and is told if he doesn't kill Harry,a different person will because Harry has allegedly been tipping individuals off about their murder jobs. After Arthur wraps up the job of wiping out Harry,Harry's son Steve arrives on the scene, and ends up asks Arthur to teach him everything he knows about being a mechanic murderer. They eventually do a couple of jobs together, but the perfect job is yet to come. Arthur eventually finds out that the killing job he carried out on Harry was part of a large conspiracy by his boss. From that point on, Arthur has nothing but revenge on his mind, and brings Steve along for the ride to get retribution for Harry's death. I won't give the ending entirely away, but I'll just say that Steve eventually learns that Arthur was the one who murdered his daddy. This fact causes a major twist towards the conclusion, which includes loads of guns being fired, insane car chases with a pile of damage, and tremendous explosions. Also, you should really enjoy the ending scene because Arthur pulls off quite a brilliant stunt. For a film that's filled with such unattractive violence,it's superbly played out. I thought Jason Statham did quite a great job as always, playing the cool, calm, and collective action star who can seriously kick butt. The movie never had a lifeless moment in it. They kept it moving at an excellent pace. I gave it a solid A grade. Article Directory: http://www.articledashboard.com See new film news at movietomb.wordpress.com |
