The New Ipod Touch

Apple has unveiled its newest iPod touch with an array of new features. Noticeable upgrades include new volume buttons, built-in speaker, and tangible outer design. The new ipod also introduces a personal DJ, which helps compile like songs from your own music library into a playlist. Geared towards the younger crowd, the iPod allows social networking as well as introducing the newest games. The new App store gives the user more innovative applications at their fingertips. Another new and improved feature is the extended battery life. As if the previous model did not last long enough, the new iPod allows the user to listen to thirty-six hours of music or watch six hours of video between charging.
The new iPod can now also be incorporated into your daily workout. The built-in wireless Nike application allows athletes to take total control over their workout. The iPod displays workout status, such as distance, calories burned, time and much more.
Amazingly, the new iPod only weighs just over four ounces! Its 3.5-inch widescreen display paired with the 480-by-320-pixel resolution make for an excellent viewing experience. The wide range of supported audio formats makes it easier to choose files to be transferred as well. The new model is available in eight, sixteen, or thirty-two gigabyte memories.
It is capable of holding up to 1,750, 3,500, or 7,000 songs, respectively, in the 128-kbps AAC format. The market for this new iPod has been made even larger with seventeen languages to choose from; also, thirty international keyboards are supported. The best part is, the new iPod starts as low as $229. And, as with all iPods, the list of accessories just keeps getting larger.
Earphones with remote and mic, universal dock with remote, and USB power adapter are just a few things you can purchase to enhance your iPod experience. This device is a must have for any college student or anyone else who is constantly on the go.
