The Next Economic Crisis Is Around The Corner

The reality is that no matter how stressed we are about the financial situation of the worldwide economy, the truth is that we are going to be facing another economic crisis. The major debts that almost all the countries are experiencing have started to take their toll on the economy. When the major creditors will not receive their money anymore then you can simply assume the worst because, mind you, it is going to happen.

All the major signs are there: the paper currencies are starting to lose their value, there is no real Back-up for the major debts that America or Greece, Ireland or Spain have, the politicians aren’t’ actually doing anything except maybe kicking the can down the road. So as you can very well notice the disaster is imminent.

Of course, good things can happen to. Like for instance, covering America’s debt such as it has happened to Greece and Ireland and Spain. Of course, the European Union could not afford the Euro to collapse this is why an unprecedented event took place: we gave them money and extended their deadline (indefinitely we might say). Is this a solution though? Of course not. We are simple prolonging a situation that will eventually unfold right in our faces.

Paper currencies don’t have the strength to solve any problem anymore and is seems that the only remaining hedge against inflation remains gold. Investing in gold at this moment is the best thing that we could do. Of course, you should know that it’s not good to have all the money put in one little nest. You should spread your investment and try to incorporate may other assets in your portfolio.

Is there any other solution to the problem? Yes there is, let Greece fall flat on its face and let them all return to the drahma. Yes is seems extreme but why not? This is the only way that they can start fresh and not have to sell their souls to the EU. But can we let this happen to American also? Well, here we have are facing with a major problem and we cannot afford such a big country to go flat broke. The US government sends daily about 80 million checks for pensions, social help and salaries. So what will happen if they would one day stop? I tell you what, all hell would break loose. This is why if you are not interested in losing your money and securing the future of your kids, then you should simply start investing in gold.
