There was a light in the sky, it came down fast. It was a UFO! I couldn’t believe it! And neither did Becky. It wasn’t huge like the ones in the movies, oh no. It was about the size of a normal car. It didn’t look like a car, it was round, there were little windows in the front, back and sides just like a real car. Except there were lights at the bottom and the front of it, I couldn’t believe that I was actually looking at a real UFO. The UFO landed without a sound across from the house. Flinch ran out of the house and went to go greet his brother. "Brother you’re back! " He yelled as he ran towards the UFO. I saw Zom step out of his ‘car’ and he hugged his brother. Zom was also very tall, but not as tall as his brother. He had bright blue eyes that i could see from outside the house. They were like glow sticks, so bright. He greeted his brother with a manly hug. My heart pounded faster and faster. Becky and I held hands, I could see that she was nervous because she was biting her lip and squeezing my hand tightly. Zom walked up to us "Come in. " he said, he had normal sounding voice, which echoed in my brain. Still holding Becky’s hand we were lead into the house. It was so warm inside, well maybe that was because we were out in the cold without jerseys (because of our summer uniform) Inside the house was full of electrical devices, some I have never seen before! "Take a seat" Zom said pointing to two couches behind us. I didn’t want to be rude and say no, so i sat down next to Becky. Zom sat on the other couch, with Flinch at his side. "Hello Gabriella Diamond and Rebecca Perks, welcome. " Becky mustered up all her bravery and said "How’d you know that? " Zom smiled a big smile. "I’m sorry I forgot you two have no idea why you’re here, right? " Becky nodded her head. I flicked her shoulder. "Yes we do know why we’re here, Mr Zom. We are here to go to the Tort tree, to help my mother. Do you know of a Miss Rein? She told us to find you, but you’ve found us. Why? " I asked determined to find out. "Miss Rein is her earthling name, her real name is Magenta. She is one of my close friends. I told her that she had to make a way for you two to come here, oh don’t worry about your mom, the spell will wear-off when you get back home. But you see the real reason you two are standing here today is because our world is in the future that is why everything is different to what your world has. " He explained. "Our world has come to an end, after 2billion satisfying years. We need both of you to help us. " "How? " we both asked at the same time. "We need The Ash Crystal. It has been the only thing that has kept our world safe and not traceable. That is why we are asking for your help. Please. " Flinch told us. "Okay and if we were to help you, where would this Ash Crystal be? " I asked a little nervous for what’s going to happen. "It was safe in the Caves of Fire, " Zom mentioned. "Whoever tried to get it would be burned alive. But somehow somebody got it. It was meant to be there forever! " I turned my back to them and faced Becky, "Becky will you be alright doing this with me? " "Yeah Gabi I’ll be fine. " She told me. "Okay, " I said turning back around to Zom and Flinch. "We accept.
