The Real Face Of Severus Snape In Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince
Harry Potter fans are eagerly waiting for 'Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince' movie to release. The movie is long overdue and is expected to be released soon. Well Harry Potter fans know that Harry and Snape don’t get along. Snape has always tormented Harry at Hogwarts and they both hate each other.
Snape was a Voldemort follower and that’s why he was never trusted by any of the staff and most of the students. The only reason that the staff puts up with him is that Dumbledore appointed him. In this movie, which is the sixth part, Snape's actions start becoming suspicious.
In the beginning, he’s seen making a deal with Narcissa Malfoy, another Voldemort follower, to protect her son Draco Malfoy, another hated Harry Potter enemy. As in the book, the fans will remain suspicious about Snape's role in the movie. Harry discovers a book of potions that belongs to the half blood prince.
It's towards the end that Harry comes to know that the book belongs to Snape. In the end the murder of Dumbledore by Snape leaves the fans both shocked and full of hatred for this man who everyone only trusted because of Dumbledore, the greatest wizard ever.
Dumbledore was using Snape to spy on Voldemort as he always thought that Snape was on his side. Now all who have eagerly read the book, the plot and the story of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is known. The effects of the movie will be to heighten the hatred felt for Snape. Snape has always been a suspicious character throughout the series, but his actions become more suspicious in this movie.
However, it's his hatred for Harry Potter and his infamies that keep fans glued to the books and to the screen in the movies. Without Snape, the mystery would not be very thrilling and neither will the suspense hang in the air. It's obvious that he is a dark wizard and very cold and reserved towards the world that he lives in. Whether Dumbledore knows more about Snape's mysterious past or not, than he reveals can be felt.
Snape is a dark hole that no one can fathom. Dumbledore thinks he has managed to draw Snape to Hogwarts and closer to him. He thinks that he is using Snape, whereas Snape does not let on his true loyalty. At the close, it ends with hatred shared by all for Snape. Harry Potter fans will know what to expect and will know what Snape is up to in this movie.
However, seeing him on screen will of course be different. The aloof, reclusive Snape will remain a mystery for all. Even in this movie, the real character of Snape will not be revealed. He is fighting an internal battle with his own feelings. He knows that he holds many dark secrets that he does not reveal. There is a sinister feeling about him. If the real face of Snape is revealed, the series will stop being a hot seller.
