… How long you’ll need to do it depends on how much money you ultimately want to make. If you are a quick learner and get really good at affiliate marketing, you may find yourself in the top 20% of affiliates in as little as two to three years. And even though you’ll hopefully get a lot of traffic passing through your website, remember only a fraction of this traffic will be buyers. The key here is, knowing which type visitor you are targeting and then being able to find the very best affiliate program you can offer to meet their needs (picking the right products to begin with, step 4 above).
By choosing to go down the route of affiliate marketing, you’ll learn a lot and acquire skills over the years that will benefit you overall. You can’t expect to be the best when you first start out, it’ll take a lot of learning and dedication on your part,but I can promise you that by putting the time and effort into your affiliate programs, you’ll be well on your way to making it in the very profitable and exciting world of affiliate marketing.
