This requirement may be somewhat absurd since many candidates do not even get to live that much. Nevertheless, there are talks for changing this policy and shortening the waiting period to 20 years, which seems a lot more reasonable.

Most of the rock artists who performed using a guitar derived their signature sound or "tone" from their choice of instrument and effects.
