The Spirit To Overcome Failure

Business failure. Let's face it is not fun to deal with. It can affect one's life in very dramatic ways. So many times, we hear successful people say "never give up" and encouraging to keep on going. But being realistic, that's easier said than done. Some people have never had to deal with the facts and harsh realities of life while trying to make a business a success. I'm in my 20s, I'm a young man. I have started multiple ventures in my short life, and unfortunately many have failed. My first business was a financial brokerage firm, to service business people who needed funding. I did experienced some success, but overall I failed miserably.

Life was hard growing up, my mom worked multiple jobs growing up. We struggled very hard. We got evicted I would say about 15 times growing up. I remember one eviction where I was a senior in high school. I had just had a good day at school. I got a A on a big important test in accounting class but also I got this real pretty girl's phone number. When I got off the bus that afternoon, I was on cloud 9! But reality quickly struck, because when I got to my driveway, I found all my families furniture and possessions literally thrown out our house by the owner and his associates. I mean you could tell that stuff was actually thrown out with force. They wanted to send a message they did not want us near their house. Man, that was tough to deal with, because I had to still go to school the very next day.

That day lit a fire under me, that business was the way to go and to become a success at any cost. I'm not here to broadcast my broke childhood and for anyone to throw me a pity party. I'm here to say that if I went through all that, still experience miserable business failure, and still have a positive attitude about business and life you can too.

I know its rough. You want to give up, you want to stop, and the worst no one understands you. No one wants to deal with your failure. No one understands why you quit your "good" job to start your own business. I'm here to encourage all the business owners out there to stay strong and stay confident. Its not easy, but you will be a success if you stick to your guns and hang in there. Also remember the harder the failure, the sweeter the success will be! So stay encouraged, don't give up and don't give in. You can make it and rise from ashes to reach the mountain top. A boxing match is 12 rounds. You may have a few first rough rounds, but if you hang in there, you can hold up the championship belt at the end. Whatever you dream is, whatever your goal is go for it and don't look back!
