It really looks beautiful especially when the sun is setting. You have been appointed to look after a huge villa with a beautiful lawn and swimming pool. Apart from being set close to a mountain range there are other scenic beauties besides the villa and you love it. Both the rising sun and the twilight in this area are awesome. Apart from that there is a big gym where you shall be going to exercise in a few moments from now. As you are getting ready to visit the gym, you hear someone holler out to you. It seems that the storm that had occurred yesterday evening has broken some windowpanes and there is no option left apart from repairing the same. You mutter some incomprehensible words while you start climbing the stairs. There goes your gym session and this is not the first time. You cannot avoid these problems and have to attend to them first. After all you are the condo manager of this villa.

Being a condo manager is a tough task and at the same time rewarding. It all depends on how you look at it. Many people think that this job is very simple and pays back more than required. They ask what does this person do? He gets a fat proportion of the earnings collected per month from the occupants. Apart from that he also gets a free and furnished room to stay. His job is not very tough. He gets up in the morning like others do and has free access to all the amenities of the well-furnished gym along with the beautiful swimming pool. There are rare occasions when someone calls him when there is a problem. Once he attends and fixes that problem, he goes back to his room and enjoys TV. These are what people think, but the reality is far different.

Apart from collecting the outstanding dues from the occupants of the rooms, the condo manager has several other tasks cut out for him, which hardly leaves him any time to breathe. While others might think that he is enjoying TV in his room, the reality is that he is contacting other professionals like himself. He knows that in a few days some people are going to leave their rooms. There are many people who have to shift from city to city in the course of their job. By the time they leave the condo manager will have found another occupant to take the room that person used to occupy. These professionals know that their earning is directly proportional to the amount given by the occupants as occupancy fees. If that amount goes down, they will receive a lower stipend.

In the space of a few days between the time one occupant leaves and another one arrives, the condo manager will have to inspect the vacant room and see if there are any kind of wear and tear to the same. It is their duty to fix any problems and make the room spick, span and habitable before the new occupant comes. At the same time they have to keep an ear open to hear if the other occupants are facing any problems. When the new occupant comes, all the legal papers that need to be completed before he is handed possession of the room is drafted and prepared by these professionals.
