The Unselfish Wealth And Travelencia Compensation Plan Made As Easy As 1, 2, 3, 4 - Part 2
In Unselfish Wealth terms, a personally sponsored member is a referral or personal on your first level or first generation. These can come from your own personal efforts, the efforts of your entire upline, or from the over all system efforts. It doesn't matter how they came into the program, the point is that they will be treated as though you personally sponsored them on your first level and you will earn accordingly.
As an aside, Travelencia has two types of membership levels: The Silver level member pays $19.95 a month and the Gold level member pays $49.95 a month.
Each quarter, Travelencia sets aside a total of 8% of their volume (profits), company wide and splits it into 4 Global Bonus Pools, set at 2% each. These Global Bonus Pools are paid out in equal shares to all the corresponding Directors who are qualified at the time of payment. An equal share is considered to be one (1) share. All directors must be Gold members to qualify for the Global Bonus Pools.
Let's look at the Director levels:
When you have 4 personally sponsored members and you are a Gold level member in Travelencia, you are eligible to become an Area Director. However, an Area Director does not qualify to receive a share in the Global Bonus Pools.
Once, you become an Area Director and you have at least 4 other Area Directors under you, you are now eligible to become an Executive Director. Now you can begin to share in the Global Bonus Pools.
After you become an Executive Director and you have 4 other Executive Directors under you, you are now eligible to become a Regional Director.
Once you become a Regional Director and you have 4 other Regional Directors under you, you are now eligible to become a National Director.
And finally, once you are a National Director and you have 4 other National Directors under you, you now become eligible to become a Presidential Director.
Now that you understand the various levels of Directors and their corresponding qualifications, let's see what that means for you, in terms of income.
All Executive Directors receive an equal share of Global Bonus Pool #1.
All Regional Directors receive an equal share of Global Bonus Pools 1 and 2.
All National Directors receive an equal share of Global Bonus Pools 1, 2, and 3.
And all Presidential Directors receive an equal share of Global Bonus Pools 1,
2, 3, and 4.
Now, here's the real beauty of Unselfish Wealth.

Calculation:
I'm going to simplify this calculation by showing you as a Regional Director and let's say that Travelencia had $300,000 in company volume this quarter which means that each of the four Global Bonus Pools is worth $6,000. Now, just for the sake of this example, let's also say that there are 6 Executive Directors and 4 Regional Directors who have also qualified to receive an equal share of their corresponding Global Bonus Pool. Remember, as a Regional Director, you qualify to receive an equal share from the first two
Global Bonus Pools.
So, here we go:
Global Bonus Pool #1 = $6,000 ($300,000 x 2%) shared equally between 6 Executive Directors; that's $1,000 each.
Global Bonus Pool #2 = $6,000 shared equally between 4 Regional Directors; that's $1,500 each.
