The Importance Of Posts And Backlinks In Order To Make Money With A Blog

Do you know what it takes to make money from your blog? Most bloggers have no idea what it takes to make money from their blog and that is why so many of them quit. Why would anybody want to keep blogging and wasting their money when they can’t make enough to keep it going? Making money from your blog isn’t rocket science, but it does require some effort on your part.

Blog posts – The reason blog posts are critical is because your audience likes to feel like you have the time to help them out. If you only post 1 new post each week or every other week then your audience isn’t going to come back every day, only once every 2 weeks. Make sure you give yourself time to at least write a teaser post.

Backlinks – The reason why backlinks are so important to your blog making money is because people need a way to get to your site. Remember not everyone types in, “whatIamlookingfor.com” into the website address bar. Most people will find your site by looking on search engines and clicking through links that they see. Make sure backlinks are at the top of your priority list right behind blog posts. My suggestion is to spend at least 60 minutes doing backlinking for every 1 blog post you do.

Tips to make money with your website

Longer posts – The first thing that will help you make money on your website is to write longer posts, normally 500 words are more. The reason you want to write longer posts is so that people know you are a serious blogger and that you want to help them out and give them good content.
Add backlinks to each post – The reason you want to add backlinks to each post is so that each post gets pick up by the search engines and also so that more people see it. The more backlinks you have to your blog posts the more backlinks you will have to your homepage and every other page as well. I recommend adding at least 5 per post.
