4 reasons to meditate daily Many people think meditating is hard and takes a lot of time. But meditating can be a part of your life, relaxing and healing it. Meditation can take from one minute to more then an hour, and you don't need to be a master to meditate. Meditation can be done at home, in the office, out in the park or anywhere else. You don't need a special technique to meditate, although it does help.
