Even though we know that science has never been more advance than today still cure for cancer is yet to be discovered. There are many types of cancer like cancer of the lungs, colon, blood, skin and much more. Almost all of our bodily system can be invaded by these rogue cells that causes changes in our body resulting in cancer.

It is just fortunate that even though there're no cures yet there are actually a lot of things that we can do or not do in order to keep our cells healthy. Black tea is also good and just like green tea it is also rich in catechins a type of enzyme that is best known for preventing cancer.

Breast and ovarian cancers are two of the most prevalent kind in women. They are very rampant nowadays because of the lifestyle and diet that are popular today. In order to prevent these from ruining you and your family's life make sure to eat the right amount of Brussels sprouts and broccoli. You shouldn't over cook them. Steaming will do it. Avoid adding to much salt but you can season them with black pepper and some natural spices.

Stress and cancer are directly related. They say that cells are actually easily turned into cancer cells because of the chemical changes in the body that can cause cancer. It is always beneficial to stay calm and relax most of the time. We can't deny that stress cannot be truly avoided but it is advisable to avoid it as much as possible. Remember that you have the power to control stressful situations. Take anti-stress tablets, eat the right food and get enough rest sleep. If you can't do all of these things then learning stress management is the next best thing.

Surely no one wants to die a miserable death. It is not too late because we can always start with something new. You don't have to have money in order to stay away from cancer causing food and situations. It is actually better not to have too much money to spend. It deter us from buying too much preservatives and highly commercialized foods.
