Things To Consider Before A Product Launch

When you are getting ready to launch a product you may overlook certain details that need to be considered. Make sure that everyone on your team understands the promotion and what it entails. Your support staff needs to be ready to answer questions and for the volume of calls and emails concerning the launch.

Make sure your launch is time sensitive. You never want customers to feel like they can buy it later on. When they know the offer is only good for a set length of time or until a certain number of them are sold they will jump on it. No one wants to have remorse later on that they missed out on it.

Make sure you have done proper testing too. The checkout process should offer them what was promised at the promotional price. If customers get to this point but can’t checkout with ease they may decide to forget about the entire thing. An autoresponder should be there to automatically send them a thank you notice once their order has gone through.
