Time Is On Your Side
Let’s recap the month to find out just how much you actually accomplished. Did you set 1-3 goals to work on in 2011? If so, then you did the hard part –deciding on what to FOCUS and COMMIT to in order to make 2011 your best yet! Were you able to set up an action plan—decide what 1 or 2 things you would do weekly? If your goal is weight loss, you may have chosen to keep a food diary daily or exercise X times a week. Whatever the goal and whatever the action item, did you keep track of your actions and progress? Even if you fell short one week, the ACT of WRITING means you are determined to stay on track and even more significant, to hold yourself ACCOUNTABLE! APPLAUSE! Even if you didn’t lose 1 pound, are you seeing the progress that you made – committing to goals AND taking action AND keeping track of your actions?!
