Time To Get Ahead Of The Competition And Rank Your Website In Google First Position

Get Ahead of the Competition and Rank Your Website in in Google in the First Position! Are you tired of no one being able to find your site? It is probably a very lovely site, but if nobody can see it, they won't realize that you actually have a lot of good information there. What you need to do is to find a way to Rank that site of yours and it would be best in Google first position. But just how do you do that? Well the answer gets a little complicated because of the different factors involved. It all has to do with Search Engine Optimization, also known as SEO. Search Engine Optimization is different from web design, and many web designers don't specialize in SEO, so they don't know how it is done either. There are specific things you need to follow to rank your web site in the different search directories, and each step has a certain priority. For instance your absolute first priority needs to be your web site title.

Spend Time Choosing the Right Page Title
The first thing you need to get a Google first position, is to pay attention to your site. This is why its so important that you carefully choose the words you put on your site, and that means paying attention to all the content on the site , including the title to each website page .

Your web page title, or title tag needs to be related to the topic or theme of your business. Many people don't realize just how important this is, and so, they just give their page title the name of their business, (which might be their name, their initials, or even something that doesn't refer at all to their niche), something no one is looking for.

Let me explain a little better: Suppose your business is called "Tim Smith" but your real industry is the furniture business. Most people just put "Tim Smith" as their title tag , which is great if you want to be found in Google under Tim Smith. But "Tim Smith just doesn't have anything to do with the furniture business. So, this isn't going to help anyone find the site under "fine furnishings."
Most people are looking for topics about things they are interested in online and not business names and not "Tim Smith" In other words, the name of the website does not have to be the name of your business, and it works better when the websites name tag is named something that relates to the niche or the area of business of that particular site, especially if your business name doesn't actually refer to your business.

Another thing is that you shouldn't rely on your web master to know this. Most web masters don't realize the importance of the title. They are not SEO experts, and are probably not learning everything they can about new SEO trends. So, often they just put the name of the business as the title (after all itīs not their responsibility).
