Tips On How To Increase Your Vertical Fast

A lot of athletes want to know how can I Increase my Vertical Fast and I will tell you this, it will not happen overnight but with the correct training, you can do wonders for your vertical. Everyone wants to jump out the gym like a Lebron James or a Dwight Howard but guess what, they didn't just wake up one day and all of a sudden have 40+ inch vertical. If you want to be like these guys I have a couple tips that have been real helpful to me on my quest of one day having that 40+ inch vertical.

1. You have to train every muscle involved in jumping beside your main jumping muscles like the hamstrings and calf muscles. You need to also focus on the glutes, abdominal, and your quads because these often get overlooked my many athletes. By training and working on all of these key muscles involved in jumping, you will start to see an Increase in your Vertical Fast!

2. The next thing you need to do is follow a workout plan if you are serious about increasing your vertical fast. I know it is hard and it was hard for me but following a workout plan will keep you on tract for what you are trying to accomplish. You will be able to balance your training and this will give your muscles time to recover from a workout which will maximize your results.

3. The last thing is to make sure you are training explosion. What I mean by this is that you are training for that quick burst of vertical ability and first step to leave defenders in the dust. You are not training for how long can jump high, you are training for that quick burst that is untouchable and will Increase your Vertical Fast!
