Tips To Prevent Body Rash

Body rash is an inflammation on the surface of the skin. Due to this, the skin color and texture changes. It is often associated with itching, stinging or a burning sensation. This sudden outbreak of rashes could be due to a new cosmetic cream, allergic food reaction or an irritation. Allergies can be caused by food, plants, animals, insects or any chemicals.

A skin rash will normally be defined as an abnormal appearance or texture to a person’s skin. Many rashes can be characterized by redness to the skin, bumps, blotches, cracks, blisters or swelling to areas of the body and in some cases may be accompanied by an itching sensation.

Homeopathy Apis, Graphites, Pulsatilla, Rhus tox, and Sulfur may be helpful. Herbal Medicine Marigold tea, calendula ointment, or aloes Vera gel are all helpful. Aromatherapy Add 12 drops of fennel, geranium, or sandalwood to 2fl oz/60ml of carrier oil.

Prevention of abrasions is possible by wearing protective pads and covering any exposed skin with a layer of clothing. Generally, you can predict when you will suffer an abrasion. So it is wise to have the necessary first aid supplies available in the event of an emergency.
