Too Busy To Work From Home?

It is funny to methat people leave their jobs to work from home for all the many reasons it has yet when they are physically at home, they aren't really working Let's face it, it's very easy to work from home, but it's also very easy NOT to work from home.

Here are 5 tips keep you keep you focused on your time management while at home:

Create a plan of what needs to get done beforehand . Sunday evening is a great time for weekly planing. Figure out what needs to get done, and plan on which day I can fit it in…this includes all household duties as well.

Take your daily activities and rank them. Tackly the nitty-gritty first. No matter how you try to limit your distractions, things come up. right.

Block your e-mail time. Do not leave your email on while you are working on the computer. The constant "bing" will hinder your momentum and tempt you to break away from Schedule "email hour" and plow through it then.

Do a little multi-tasking when you can. If you have a training or webinar to listen to, or if you are on the talking to leads on the phone, this is a good chance to get some laundry folded or other no brainer household activity accomplished!

Make sure you balance your time the other way around as well. There are people who feel they should work constantly because they are at home. This is frequent as well since there is no change of venue. Make sure you give yourself time off to relax and enjoy the benefits of working from home.

If you follow these rules, you're business will be off and running in now time!
